A refreshing spring seasonal recipe similar to classic white ale though slightly darker in color. We've incorporated Simplicity Belgian Candi Syrup from our friends at Candi Syrup, Inc. Premium candi syrup and caramel malts lend high fermentability and honey sweetness that complement the spicy characteristics from the yeast. This aromatic and flavorful ale is the prefect welcome to the spring season.
IBUs: 15 - 20 ABV: 5.75% - 6.0% Difficulty: Intermediate
A chocolate lover's dream... this stout features Brewer's Best® Organic Cacao (Cocoa) Nibs. Subtle and sweet, the cocoa nibs pay homage to the warm, rich roasted coffee and cocoa notes of the chocolate malt. This brew will take you to your childhood when there was nothing better than a large glass of chocolate milk. Enjoy!
IBUs: 24 - 28 ABV: 4.5% - 5.2% Difficulty: Intermediate
Chocolate Wheat and Munich malts combine to create a rich, malty flavor with hints of clove and banana from the specially selected yeast. The higher ABV is sure to warm you up as we head into the autumn season
IBUs: 16 - 20 ABV: 6.2% - 6.7% Difficulty:Easy
This full-bodied amber beer has a rich, malty character that is flavored with orange peel, cinnamon and other spices. It is a complex winter brew balanced with high alpha-acid hops. At 7- 8% this strong ale will be sure to warm you throughout the festive holiday season.
IBUs: 55 - 60 ABV: 5.6% - 6.0% Difficulty:Easy
Latewood IPA is an American style IPA that combines the woody, earthy character of Cluster hops with vanilla and wood tones of American White Oak to create a distinct IPA flavor. Plenty of up-front hop character, typical of IPAs, and finishing with a slight residual sweetness. Enjoy this brew young for big, bold flavors or age slightly for more subtle flavors.
IBUs: 61 - 65 ABV: 5.5% - 6.3% Difficulty: Intermediate
This seasonal release autumn ale is the perfect companion to the changing seasons - from harvest to the holidays! The recipe starts with Briess CBW® Porter base extract partenered with Caramel 90L, Carabrown®and dark chocolate steeping grains. To spice things up we added cinnimon, allspice and a hint of ginger. The selected hop addtions provide a mild balance in bitterness and this ale is fermented with Safale S -04 premium yeast.
IBUs: 19 - 22 ABV: 5.0% - 6.0% Difficulty: Easy
Pleasant citrus notes come from the bitter orange and lemon peel. Fermented with premium Safale US - 05 dry yeast, this beer finishes clean with lingering flavors of citrus and spice. Crisp and refreshing.
IBUs: 18 - 20 ABV: 4.0% - 5.0% Difficulty: Easy
Deep gold in color with a thick, creamy head and nice clarity from lagering. The rich malty flavor and aromas dominate the palate with a moderate hop bitterness that provides balance. This brew finishes crisp and clean.

Watermelon Wheat (Seasonal)
We’ve used a classic wheat beer recipe for thebackbone of this brew and given it a twist of fruit by adding Brewer’s Best® Natural Watermelon Flavoring. Keeping all the attributes of wheat beer you love while finishing with a touch of watermelon flavor and aroma. AAAHH-refreshing!
